2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & ACCURACY

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free.

Sizing & Fit: Costumes are sized according to standard measurements. We recommend reviewing the size chart before purchase. Fit may vary by body type and personal preference.

Color Variations: Images may appear different due to screen settings. Actual product color may vary slightly from photos.

3. ORDERING & PAYMENT

All orders must be placed through our website
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments
Payment is processed at the time of order placement
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change without notice

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligible for Return:

Unworn, unwashed costumes in original packaging
With all tags attached
Ordered directly from GrabACostume.com

NOT Eligible for Return:

Costumes that have been worn, washed, or damaged
Items without original tags or packaging
Orders placed during final sale periods (marked on product page)
Clearance items (marked "Final Sale")
Custom or personalized items

How to Return:

Email: returns@grabacostume.com with order number and reason
We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label
Ship costume back within 30 days
Refund processed within 7-10 business days after receipt

Refund Amount:

Full refund of purchase price minus original shipping costs
Original shipping is non-refundable
Return shipping is prepaid by us

Holiday Season Returns: Items purchased in October for Halloween must be returned by November 15. Limited exceptions available.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing Time:

Orders process within 1-3 business days

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
Shipping times begin after processing

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location

Delivery Guarantee: We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues. Tracking information is provided via email.

Lost Packages: If package shows delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. We will investigate with the carrier.

Order Cutoff: Orders for Halloween delivery must be placed by October 20 for Standard Shipping, October 28 for Express Shipping.

6. PRICING & PROMOTIONS

All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
We honor promotional codes only if applied at checkout
Duplicate refunds for price drops are not issued
Promotions cannot be combined unless stated

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GrabACostume.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits, data, or business interruption
Product quality, fitness, or suitability for purpose
Third-party claims or injuries related to product use

Your sole remedy for any issue is a refund of the purchase price.

8. PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Costumes are sold as-is. We do not provide warranties beyond the return policy. Defects discovered after 30 days are not eligible for return or refund.

We collect personal information (name, address, email, payment details) to process your order and communicate with you.

Your data is:

Never sold to third parties
Protected with SSL encryption
Stored securely in Shopify's systems
